Annabelle Gunnersen is an avid collector and traveller with a fascination for exceptional interior design. Annabelle was born and raised in Melbourne where she has recently returned and currently resides with her husband and three children. Hong Kong was her home for the best part of 10 years and as a destination is often described as the centre of the world, Annabelle used it as a spring board to travel the globe to emerge herself in a multitude of cultures and to draw inspiration from the interiors of each. Annabelle takes pride in her love of sourcing interesting and different products and mixing eclectic pieces from different regions to create a culturally rich and inviting home.

Annabelle was the founder of Australian fashion brand Sisnme together with her sister. The sister duo sold their six year old fashion brand and set out to conquer the Interior world together, creating In House Concepts which they structured as a turn key solution for commercial developments, an interior design service complete with the supply of the latest sourced product from Asia. The duo also worked on some of Melbournes most elite private homes. With Annabelle’s move to Hong Kong she worked with renowned interior firm Indigo as a design consultant for four years servicing some of Hong Kong’s most prominent clientele, from the consulate general of Kazakhstan to the managing director of Jardine Matheson. Whilst at Indigo she also assisted with the product sourcing for the retail division for both Hong Kong and Dubai. Following the birth of her first child Annabelle went back to private consulting for both local clientele and expatriates of Hong Kong. The cultural experience was invaluable which she will take with her on her new journey in Melbourne.
